A retired CIA agent is hunted by both the agency he once worked for and his own nightmares, when an unknown man suddenly visits him after nearly three decades.. Production was stopped in March 2020 due to governmental restrictions. During that time, Jeff Bridges was diagnosed then treated for non-Hodgkins lymphoma. After he recovered, the series went back into production. Bridges referred to the return as going back after a "long weekend" on a podcast in July 2022.. Featured in The 75th Primetime Emmy Awards (2024). Had high hopes, but 65% is overdrawn dialogue and reaction shots. We get the point, they’re scared/concerned/angry. No need for the oversell. Episode 1-2 showed promise, but it seems they didn’t discard any edits to help string the series out.They should play this to insomniacs that don’t respond to standard medication.
