Chronology

A family finds out they are not alone after moving into a new house in the suburbs. Although the film was well-received at the Sundance Film Festival, some viewers left due to its intensity. One person said, “I can’t stand the stress of it this late at night.” Mentioned in Amanda the Jedi Show: NIGHT SWIM to Garbage | Explained (2024). This is a fantastic film. The actors are excellent and the film really draws the viewer into their world and keeps them engrossed in what is happening. I was completely absorbed by the drama and tension. The ending was unsettling and stayed with me for a few days, which is pretty rare for a film. I think it will be a very popular film when it is released. If for some reason it doesn’t, the film will be popular in a few years and people will wonder why it didn’t get more attention after it was released. I would watch it again, but only with a friend to see if it is as haunting as I was.
