After winning the lottery, life turns into a nightmare for the lucky winner. References Zameo ih vjetar (1939). Comedy? Hmmm… Not so much or in the style of Cohen or Tarantino. I usually don’t like comedies, especially French comedies, but this one is really worth watching. It’s funny, inventive, brilliant, even bloody – yes bloody – always surprising. Several different stories, several segments showing people who won the Lotto – but actually had a lot of trouble instead. The first segment is shown before the opening credits. This scheme should have been talked about much earlier. Anyway, I’ve never heard of such a thing. This story doesn’t give you any envy of winning Lotto rods. But don’t worry, you have a one in a million chance of winning. So I guess it’s better to be defeated.
